PORT ANGELES — The art of Nancy McFaul will be featured at Harbor Art Gallery during May and June.

Using pen and ink and adding watercolor, McFaul paints various everyday objects, scenes, people and imagined encounters she experienced over the past year to create her multimedia art.

She will be at the gallery at 114 N. Laurel St., in Port Angeles to greet those coming by on May 7, May 13, June 9 and June 16.

The gallery is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.

McFaul studied design in San Francisco and Berkeley, Calif., and moved to Seattle where she raised a family and worked in the family’s small specialty bakery in Pike Place Market.

When she had a moment to spare she painted and took classes at Gage Academy of Art.
